What we collect

When you contact us or join a waitlist we collect what you type: your name, email, phone (optional), venue details and zip code. When you use TV Tap at a venue as a guest, we collect only what’s needed to run your request (the TV, your request and session time). Basic technical logs (IP address, browser) help us keep the service secure.

How we use it

To respond to you, set up venues, run requests and sessions, and keep TV Tap safe. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Venue partners

Venues see activity on their own screens (for example, what was requested and when). They do not receive your contact details unless you choose to share them.
